Promote and participate in discussion with any other Council Association or Body governing other areas of the Amateur Brass Band Movement throughout the United Kingdom

The Council may when appropriate formulate any bye rules as may be necessary for the governing of any form of Contest held under it auspices at any time.

Responsible for the running and organising of the West of England Regional Final of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.
